The Reject Shop is seeking a seasoned Senior Fit Out Project Manager to lead our national store development program. This is a high-impact role overseeing multi-site retail fit outs, refurbishments, and conversions across Australia. You’ll manage a small team, drive project delivery, and ensure stakeholder alignment - all while maintaining budget and compliance standards.

🔹 About the Role

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of retail fit out projects across our national network

• Oversee planning, budgeting, and execution of store conversions and refurbishments

• Coordinate with external contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with NCC and construction standards across disciplines

• Report directly to senior leadership with clear, concise project updates

🔹 What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in retail rollouts or multi-site fit outs

• Strong construction knowledge across electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, and architectural disciplines

• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations

• Excellent communication skills—able to distill complex updates into executive-level summaries

• Experience with AutoCAD, planograms, and compliance audits is a plus
