We’re looking for an Operations Specialist to join our Store Support Centre team and play a key role in keeping our stores running at their best. This role is all about supporting day‑to‑day store operations, coordinating tasks and processes, and working closely with stores, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver consistent, efficient outcomes. You’ll help maintain operational standards, troubleshoot issues, manage key supplier relationships, and ensure stores have the tools and support they need to succeed, contributing to a seamless experience for both our teams and our customers.
