In this role you will provide support to users on application design, development, conversion, and improvement for enterprise system installations. This will include SAP Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, Logistics and Supply Chain reporting systems.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following;
- Help and assist with ongoing daily SAP functional support to all SAP users
- Execute test cases to successful pass
- Developing documentation for any SAP IT relevant detail
- Developing relationships with external contractors and consultants
- Delivering technical guidance to the Merchandise Support Co-Ordinator and recommend workable solutions
- Creating standard SAP test cases in preparation for the implementation of changes
The preferred candidate will have the following skills and experience;
- Relevant IT Tertiary qualification, SAP functional skills
- Microsoft office
- A methodical and problem-solving approach
- Substantial experience in applications management of retail and accounting systems
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Eye for detail
- Passion for retail
- Drive and determination
