We’re looking for a Senior Analyst – Forecasting & Labour Planning to join our Store Support Centre team and play a key role in driving smarter, data-led decisions across our store network. This role is all about owning forecasting for sales, traffic, and labour, turning insights into clear recommendations that improve performance, productivity, and cost efficiency. You’ll work closely with Operations, Finance, and Technology teams to optimise labour planning, enhance forecasting accuracy, and ensure our stores are set up to succeed—helping deliver the best experience for both our teams and our customers.

The Reject Shop is seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to lead imported inventory ordering, distribution, and optimisation across our national DC network as part of our growth with Dollarama. This role owns end‑to‑end inventory planning, works closely with senior global stakeholders, and plays a key role in building new processes within an evolving supply chain model.
