We’re looking for a Buying Assistant to join our Merchandise Team, supporting one of our biggest and most dynamic categories. If you're organised, love retail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart or grow your merchandise career.

What You'll Do:

You’ll provide vital operational support to the Buyer and ensure smooth day-to-day category management, including:

• Writing and managing purchase orders, including vendor follow-ups
• Article creation and maintaining accuracy in SAP
• Managing mark-ups and markdowns with correct pricing updates
• Handling admin tasks across daily, weekly, and monthly cycles
• Analysing merchandise reports to support trade decisions
• Managing product samples and promotional admin
• Coordinating shipments and timelines with internal teams and suppliers
• Maintaining accurate supplier and overseas agent contact information

What You’ll Bring:

• 1–2 years’ experience in a retail support office or store-based role
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
• Great communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
