2026 is set to be a huge year. Our store network is expanding, our customer experience is evolving, and we’re growing towards 700 stores. Behind the scenes, our Store Support Centre is driving the transformation, and our SAP implementation team is leading one of the most critical projects in that journey.
We’re looking for a SAP Payroll Project Manager to take ownership of our SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementation. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of payroll governance, streamline processes and deliver a compliant, automated solution that supports our national workforce.
This role is based in our Kensington Store Support Centre.
What you’ll be doing
- Acting as Functional Lead for SAP SuccessFactors ECP implementation
- Owning end-to-end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, ensuring seamless integration with other HCM systems
- Developing and maintaining functional specifications, business requirements and solution designs across multiple SuccessFactors modules
- Leading unit testing and coordinating system integration testing to ensure quality and manage risk
- Driving system enhancements across our national SAP Payroll environment
- Delivering streamlined, automated and compliant solutions that reduce manual effort and complexity
- Maintaining a strong governance framework to ensure compliance, protect reputation and enhance the employee experience
What you’ll bring
- Several years’ experience with SAP HCM and Payroll solutions
- Demonstrated functional experience in Australian SAP Payroll
- Extensive experience in system implementations and IT production support
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
