We’re looking for an experienced Leasing Paralegal to join our Property team at the Store Support Centre. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role supporting our leasing activity across the network and working closely with our Leasing Executives and broader Property team to ensure deals are accurately documented and executed.
This role is ideal for someone who knows retail leasing inside out, thrives on precision, and takes pride in getting the details right. If you bring strong leasing experience, a disciplined work ethic, and enjoy being a trusted partner to the business, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
What you’ll be doing

Preparing negotiation tables and identifying potential amendments required during the leasing process.
-
Providing clear, practical advice on leasing documentation to Leasing Executives and the Property team.
-
Working closely with internal stakeholders to support the end-to-end leasing process.
-
Managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
What you’ll bring
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience in leasing as a Paralegal - retail leasing experience is essential
-
Proven experience reviewing, drafting, and advising on retail leasing documentation.
-
Strong attention to detail and a methodical, organised approach to work.
-
The ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and see tasks through to completion.
-
A practical, diligent mindset - you understand that this role requires focus, accuracy, and follow-through.
What we can offer you
-
The opportunity to work within a growing national retailer during a period of significant expansion.
-
A collaborative and experienced Property team where your expertise is valued.
-
Exposure to high-volume retail leasing activity across a large store network.
-
A stable, in-house role where your work directly supports the growth of the business.
-
Employee benefits including paid parental leave, wellbeing initiatives, and EAP support.
-
A professional, inclusive environment that values diligence, accountability, and getting the job done right.
This is more than a paralegal role. It’s a chance to be a critical part of the team supporting the next chapter of growth at The Reject Shop.
