As we continue our growth journey in helping all Australians, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Communications and Engagement Lead to join our Operations Team.

What the role looks like?

  • In a structured and collaborative approach, own all national communications between Store Support Centre and stores to ensure the efficient execution of actions for right first-time delivery, in a safe manner driving company performance.
  • Support and communicate all change business program out to stores
  • Build a communication framework that determines timeframes and requirements for delivery.
  • Build a communications way of working, including templates that enables an efficient flow of national communications.
  • Collaborate and drive initiatives with key Stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Ensure achievement of milestones to the critical path
  • Maintain the company portal with all new and updated information
  • Review and respond top all store feedback from relevant channels
  • Own the process of sourcing two-way feedback from stores and Store Support on implementation and queries
  • Assist in the planning and execution of meetings and national conferences
  • Provide beneficial insights that support change and business improvement
  • Support the delivering, embedding and sustainability of cost our efficiencies

 

What are we looking for?

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication both written and verbal
  • Tertiary qualification in communications is preferred
  • A high attention to detail
  • Refined organizational skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite and technical skills
  • Technical writing ability
  • The ability to work with diverse groups and senior Stakeholders
  • Customer focused
  • Proactive and initiative driven
  • Diligent
  • Quality orientated and professional approach
