You’ve seen the headlines. You’ve heard the hype.
The Reject Shop is now part of global retail giant Dollarama, and we’re building something big.
2026 is set to be a huge year. Our store network is expanding, our customer experience is evolving, and we’re growing towards 700 stores. Behind the scenes, our Store Development team is making it happen—and this is your chance to be part of it.
We’re looking for a Delivery Specialist to help bring our new and conversion stores to life across Australia. This 12-month contract role will see you lead the setup of new stores, refits, and conversions—making sure every project lands on time, on budget, and with our signature standards in place.
You’ll be the go-to person on site during these major moments, working closely with Retail Operations, Buying, Planning, and Property teams to make sure everything runs smoothly—from stock deliveries to merchandising execution to fixture management.
This opportunity is only open to internal candidates from across Australia.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading end-to-end delivery of new store openings, refits, conversions, and closures.
- Driving on-site communication and coordination between stakeholders and trades.
- Managing store setup timelines and budgets in partnership with our project team.
- Ensuring merchandising standards are met and continuously improved.
- Coordinating fixture planning, inventory, and store presentation tools.
- Embedding store standards that drive sales and elevate customer experience.
What you’ll bring
- Experience delivering multi-site store projects in a retail environment.
- Confident leadership on the ground—you know how to coordinate people, stock, and logistics.
- A strong eye for merchandising and a passion for creating outstanding in-store experiences.
- Great planning and time management skills—you thrive in fast-moving environments.
- Understanding of retail operations, safety, and compliance.
- Working knowledge of tools like Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, SAP or similar.
What we can offer you
- A fast-paced and purpose-led team working on exciting retail expansion.
- Exposure to key retail operations and cross-functional collaboration.
- Career development and opportunities to make your mark.
- Employee benefits including paid parental leave and EAP support.
- A role where you can own it, do it, and see your impact in stores across the country.
This is more than a delivery role. It’s a chance to help shape the future of retail in Australia—one store at a time.
Ready to own it and do it? Apply now and be part of something big.
