We are looking for a hands-on Part-Time Retail Assistant Store Manager who leads from within the team. This is not a step-back leadership role. You will be in the work. Working stock. Executing process. Supporting delivery. Setting standards by doing.

• This role is part time 30 hours per week. You would be required to work 1 Saturday a fortnight. There is flexibility on the other days that would be rostered on. 
• This role is perfect for anyone looking for work life balance or returning to the work force.

The role:

You will support the Store Manager to deliver practical retail excellence every day. That means you will:

• Lead from the floor, not the office
• Work stock and execute core processes alongside your team
• Maintain disciplined standards across presentation, stock flow and service
• Support sales, wage control and cost awareness
• Coach Team Members and build capability
• Hold standards consistently and support performance conversations
• Help guide the team through operational change as we strengthen capability
