2026 is shaping up to be a defining year. Our store network continues to expand, our focus on protecting profit and assets is sharper than ever, and we are strengthening our loss prevention capability across the business.

We are now looking for an experienced Loss Prevention Partner to support our store network across Western Australia and South Australia. This role is critical to ensuring strong compliance, reducing shrinkage, and driving consistent loss prevention standards across our stores.

This is a WA based work from home role with regular travel required across WA and SA.

This role is ideal for an experienced loss prevention professional who is disciplined, independent, and comfortable working in a role that is structured, process driven, and outcome focused.

What you will be doing

• Conducting internal investigations into loss, theft, and compliance matters
• Reviewing and analysing data to identify shrink trends and risk areas
• Completing store audits and coaching visits to improve compliance and capability
• Working with security guards and security service providers
• Partnering with store leaders and support teams to drive loss prevention outcomes
• Supporting compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards

What you will bring

• 2+ years' experience in Loss Prevention, Asset Protection, or a similar role
• Proven experience in investigations and compliance management
• Experience conducting store audits and coaching visits
• Strong understanding of shrinkage, profit protection, and risk controls
• Confidence reviewing data and identifying patterns and trends
• Experience working across multiple sites or regions
