As a Senior System Engineer in the fast paced and dynamic world of retail, you will have the opportunity to deliver innovative solutions and solve complex technical problems.  Your work will help ensure that our Store, Distribution Centres, Store Support Centre and Data Centre environments run seamlessly.

Reporting to our IT Infrastructure Manager you will play an integral role in providing high-level technical support and guidance across our technology operations.  You will also help guide, optimise, manage, and maintain our entire technology infrastructure including Azure cloud services, Entra identity and governance, Windows SOE and applications, Intune MDM, M365 Backup and Services amongst other things.

There will be opportunity to be a key part of initiatives to improve our IT performance and security posture across the entire Infrastructure stack.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Windows system engineer or administrator in a large-scale enterprise environment
• Expert knowledge of Azure, Windows Server, Exchange, Intune, Entra, Office 365 and PowerShell scripting
• Strong understanding of client operating systems and applications, change management, networking, security, backup and virtualization technologies.
• Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure, systems and cloud services including monitoring, response and recovery. 
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication and teamwork skills
