As we continue our growth journey in helping all Australians, we now have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Cluster Managers to join our business.

In this role you will be responsible for a region of 10 stores and drive the day-to-day operations and high-level performance with the store teams.  These opportunities require travel, but ideally, we would prefer a candidate who resides in these areas.

A bit about the role:

• Be a coach and guide for one-way store standards and provide clear expectations
• Drive strong merchandising standards across stores
• Drive the customer experience
• Drive commercial outcomes relevant to TRS KPI’s
• Drive sales and comp sales for your cluster of stores
• Delivery of store budgets and Targets
• Work closely with the People and Culture team to drive succession planning and talent management
