At The Reject Shop (TRS), we're not your average retail store, and we're definitely not looking for an average Store Manager. We're on a mission to make shopping a fun and exciting experience, and we're looking for a retail superstar to join our team as our Store Manager at our Miranda store.
- This is a full time role, 38 hours per week on a 3 week rotating roster. You only work 1 weekend in 3!!!
As a hands-on retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a customer-focused team to ensure our customers receive exceptional service. As a seasoned operator, think stock, merchandising and deadlines, you will be the driving force behind our store's success.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will include:
- Leading by example and creating a high-energy, fun atmosphere for our team and customers.
- Overseeing all store operations, from inventory management to visual merchandising.
- Setting and achieving sales targets while delivering a shopping experience that wows.
- Inspiring your team to be their best, nurturing talent, and fostering a sense of retail adventure.
- Solving challenges with your superhuman problem-solving skills and ensuring smooth operations.
- Ensure a safe environment for our customers and your team
- Deliver business objectives

- Strong operational skills - stock processing, merchandising, organisation, time management
- The ability to unite your team and bring them on the journey to deliver on business metrics
- Training and development of your team to upskill & upsell
- Previous Store Management experience desirable
