What you’ll do (your mission, should you choose to accept it):

As our Store Manager, you’ll be the heart and soul of our store, leading a customer-obsessed team to deliver unforgettable shopping experiences. You’ll:

• Lead with passion: Set the tone for a fun and energetic atmosphere that keeps customers and the team smiling.
• Own the store: From inventory wizardry to eye-catching displays, you’ll oversee all operations.
• Smash sales targets: Create a shopping experience that blows customers away and drives sales to new heights.
• Inspire your team: Motivate your crew to be their best and foster a workplace that feels like family.
• Tackle challenges: Your problem-solving skills will make everything run smoothly, every time.
• Keep it safe: Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and your awesome team.
• Deliver results: Help us crush our goals and make TRS the place to shop!
