We have a fantastic opportunity for a Supply Planner that will see you play a pivotal role in ensuring the availability of products across our stores, while optimizing inventory levels and minimising costs.

  • This is a fixed term 12 month contract covering a parental leave position.

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Demand Forecasting: Utilise historical data, market trends, and sales forecasts to predict future demand accurately.
  • Inventory Management: Develop and implement inventory strategies to maintain optimal stock levels, minimize excess inventory, and reduce stockouts.
  • Supplier Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers to secure timely deliveries, negotiate favourable terms, and resolve any supply chain issues efficiently.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams including Merchandise team, Supply Chain and Planners to align business objectives
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the supply chain, implementing best practices to enhance productivity and profitability.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in (e.g., SAP, Excel).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
