ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a commercially minded and proactive Commercial Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team.

Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager and partnering closely with the Chief Commercial Officer, you will work across key business functions including merchandise, operations, supply chain, and property to deliver actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.

 

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver performance analysis and recommendations
  • Lead weekly and monthly financial reporting across merchandise and operational performance
  • Support stock flow optimisation in partnership with supply chain and merchandise teams
  • Deliver accurate budgets and monthly forecasts aligned with business targets
  • Conduct ROI analysis and develop business cases for executive review
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and improve financial governance

 

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE REJECT SHOP:

  • Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CA essential)
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders in a retail, FMCG or commercial environment
  • Proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of accounting standards
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Clear and concise communicator who can influence decision-making across the business
