In this key role, you will support the delivery of accurate, timely, and meaningful financial information to enable effective decision-making across the business. You will work closely with the Finance Manager, CFO, and General Managers, and gain broad exposure across the business through reporting, analysis, compliance, and project support.

As a Financial Accountant, you will:
· Prepare and process journals, accruals, and reconciliations to ensure accurate month-end reporting
· Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, annual statutory accounts, and the company budget
· Support the completion of BAS and payroll tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
· Manage daily banking tasks including reconciliations, cash flow reporting, and payments
· Collaborate with internal departments and external auditors to resolve issues and support continuous improvement
· Provide financial insights to key stakeholders and contribute to ad hoc analysis and reporting
· Participate in cross-functional finance projects and support the team with process enhancements
What you can bring to the role:
· 1+ years’ experience in a Financial Accountant or similar role
· An accounting degree and working towards or completion of a CPA or CA qualification
· Solid understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting, and compliance
· Experience with SAP and/or BW (data warehouse) is highly regarded
· Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems
· A proactive and accountable approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
