What you’ll be doing:
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to lead by example, delivering great customer service and team engagement
- Take a hands-on role in store operations, merchandising, and maintaining high standards
- Complete store processes each shift—serving customers, processing stock, tidying and the store, and ensuring everything is ready for trade
- Lead by example in every task, setting the tone for teamwork, pace, and pride in presentation
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and high-performing store environment
- Learn to coach and support team members, building capability and confidence

- Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
