As part of this journey, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our Technology team.

In this role, you’ll support the delivery of large-scale initiatives where full-time project management isn’t required. Your initial focus will be coordinating activities related to the migration of our SAP ECC environment into Dollarama’s SAP ECC platform, led by Deloitte. You’ll work closely with Australian teams to track progress, report on deliverables, and ensure visibility across workstreams.

As a Project Coordinator, you will:

• Coordinate activities across large initiatives, supporting delivery without owning full project governance

• Track progress and report on work conducted by Australian teams

• Monitor milestones and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

• Support SAP migration activities and liaise with external partners including Deloitte

• Assist with documentation, communications, and project tracking tools

• Potentially take ownership of future projects as the portfolio evolves

What you will bring:

• Experience in project coordination or delivery support within IT or enterprise environments

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and maintain visibility across teams

• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) or large-scale technology projects

• A proactive mindset and willingness to grow into broader project ownership
