We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Riverton.

In this role, you will:

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, including stock management and merchandising

• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong team engagement

• Help manage sales targets and store performance

• Contribute to the development of a safe, inclusive and efficient store environment

• Coach and support team members to foster a positive and productive workplace

What you can bring to TRS:

• Previous retail leadership experience, ideally in a high-volume environment

• A hands-on and proactive approach to store operations

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• A collaborative leadership style focused on development and results

• A genuine passion for people and community
