We’re looking for a Senior SAP Functional Analyst to join our Store Support Centre team on a mission to keep our enterprise systems running smoothly and evolving for the future. This role is all about partnering with the business to configure, support, and improve SAP across Materials Management, Sales & Distribution, Logistics, and Supply Chain.

You’ll be the go-to expert for SAP functionality—helping users, solving problems, and making sure every change lands without a hitch. From writing functional specs to executing test cases, you’ll play a key role in projects that shape how we operate.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing functional support for SAP ECC across MM, SD, and Logistics.
• Partnering with stakeholders to understand requirements and configure solutions.
• Managing system changes—writing functional and technical specifications, testing, and deployment.
• Performing daily health checks and issue management to keep systems running.
• Collaborating with external SAP consultants and internal teams to deliver projects.
• Maintaining compliance with IT processes and OHS standards.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in SAP functional configuration and support.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach.
• Ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools like AutoCAD or similar.

• Relevant IT qualifications and experience in retail or enterprise systems.
