Logan Hyperdome is part of that journey, and we’re looking for a hands-on Retail Store Manager to take the lead. What you’ll be doing:
- Lead from the front and create a high-energy, inclusive culture where your team feels empowered and customers feel welcomed
- Be hands-on in your approach, supporting your team on the floor and setting the standard for service and execution
- Drive store performance through strong operational execution and achieving sales targets
- Champion customer service and ensure every customer walks away with a great experience
- Develop and inspire your team to grow into confident, capable retail leaders
- Keep it safe by ensuring your team and store operate in a safe and supportive environment
- Problem-solve day-to-day challenges with confidence and calm
