The Reject Shop is now part of global retail giant Dollarama, and we’re building something big.

2026 is set to be a huge year. Our store network is expanding, our customer experience is evolving, and we’re growing towards 700 stores. Behind the scenes, our Store Support Centre is laying the foundations for this transformation, and our Supply Chain team is right at the heart of it.

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Analyst who thrives on turning complexity into clarity. This role is all about analysing data, designing processes, and supporting transformation projects that will shape the future of retail logistics. If you love finding efficiencies, validating data, and partnering with stakeholders to make things happen, this is your moment.

This role is based in our Kensington Store Support Centre.

What you’ll be doing

  • Analyse domestic supply chain data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvements.
  • Support warehouse and transport optimisation and future DC network planning.
  • Develop commercial models to improve supply chain performance and reduce cost of doing business.
  • Track and report on key projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and benefits stay on track.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, Merchandise, and external vendors.
  • Maintain visibility of performance metrics and ensure compliance with agreed service levels.

What you’ll bring

  • 2–4 years’ experience in a supply chain analyst or commercial analyst role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Background in retail, logistics, or 3PL is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, or Smartsheet.
  • Ability to interpret data and present commercial insights clearly.
  • Exposure to large-scale retail or transformation projects is a strong advantage.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment.

What we can offer you

  • Inclusive and collaborative team culture.
  • A flat, fast-paced business where every idea matters.
  • Hybrid work model.
  • Team Member discount of 15% for you and an immediate family member.
  • Paid parental leave for primary and secondary caregivers.
  • Employee Assistance Program – free and confidential support for you and your family.

This is more than an analyst role. It’s a chance to help shape the future of retail in Australia. You’ll be part of a team focused on clarity, efficiency, and delivering value at every step.
