With store conversions, a refreshed customer experience and plans to grow to 700 stores, we’re building strong operational leadership now to support the growth ahead.
South West WA is an important part of our transformation journey, and we’re creating a new Regional Manager role to support our growing network of stores across the region. Covering Mandurah through the South-West corridor including Bunbury, Busselton, Albany and Margaret River, this role will lead a group of stores through an exciting period of growth and change.
You’ll shape the future of retail in the region by driving operational excellence, building strong teams and delivering results that matter.
To stay close to the teams you support, this role requires you to live in Bunbury or a neighbouring South West WA community.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead from the front by supporting and coaching your Store Managers to create high-energy, inclusive store cultures where teams feel empowered and customers feel welcomed
- Be hands-on in your approach, visiting stores regularly, providing clear direction, and setting the standard for service, safety, and execution
- Drive performance by using insights and data to lift store standards, improve execution, and achieve sales and operational targets
- Develop your team by mentoring and growing future leaders, and partnering with People & Culture to build strong succession pipelines
- Champion customer experience by ensuring every store delivers consistent, friendly, and helpful service
- Keep it safe by embedding a safety-first mindset across your region and ensuring compliance with all safety standards
- Lead the change by bringing clarity, consistency, and care as we transition into a new era of growth and customer experience

- Proven leadership experience in a multi-site retail or customer-focused environment
- A natural ability to motivate, influence and bring out the best in others
- Strong communication and organisational skills that keep things clear, focused and on track
