You’ve seen the headlines. You’ve heard the hype. The Reject Shop is now part of global retail giant Dollarama, and we’re building something big.
2026 is shaping up to be a defining year. Our store network is expanding, our systems are evolving, and we’re growing towards 700 stores. Behind every transaction, every supply chain movement, and every store is a complex integration landscape that must be reliable, scalable, and future‑ready.
That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for a SAP Integration Developer to join our Technology team at the Store Support Centre. This is a hands‑on role focused on building, migrating, and supporting integrations across our SAP ecosystem as we modernise and move towards more native SAP solutions.
This role is ideal for someone with strong SAP integration foundations who enjoys working across projects and operations, understands data movement end‑to‑end, and takes pride in building robust, well‑designed integrations that keep the business moving.
What you’ll be doing
- Delivering integrations for new technology and business projects as they are introduced.
- Migrating existing integrations into more native SAP environments.
- Supporting and maintaining business‑critical integrations across the organisation.
- Designing and developing interfaces to securely and reliably move data between systems.
- Working closely with application, infrastructure, and business teams to understand integration requirements.
- Troubleshooting integration issues and ensuring high availability and performance.
- Contributing to documentation, standards, and best practices across the integration landscape.
What you’ll bring
- 3-5 years’ experience in an SAP integration or development role.
- Hands‑on experience with SAP PI/PO.
- Experience working with SAP BTP Integration services.
- Strong understanding of integration concepts, data flows, and interface design.
- Experience supporting integrations in a production environment.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience in retail, logistics, or high‑volume transactional environments is highly regarded.
What we can offer you
- The opportunity to play a key role in modernising the SAP integration landscape of a rapidly growing national retailer.
- Hands‑on exposure to major transformation and migration initiatives.
- A stable, in‑house role working on meaningful, business‑critical systems.
- Collaboration with talented technology teams locally and globally.
- Employee benefits including paid parental leave, wellbeing initiatives, and EAP support.
- A professional, inclusive environment that values accountability, clarity, and delivery.
This is more than an integration role. It’s a chance to be part of the team enabling the next chapter of growth at The Reject Shop.
