2026 is set to be a huge year. Our store network is expanding, our customer experience is evolving, and we’re growing towards 700 stores. Behind the scenes, our Operations team is making it happen, and this is your chance to be part of it.

We’re looking for an Operations Specialist to join our growing team, supporting the day‑to‑day execution that keeps our stores running smoothly. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work closely with stores, suppliers, and internal teams to manage tasks, maintain processes, and drive operational consistency across the network.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting weekly reporting, reviewing sales performance and store incentives
  • Managing store queries and troubleshooting day-to-day operational issues
  • Coordinating tasks through WorkJam, including weekly “get ready for the weekend” activities
  • Inputting, tracking, and following up on operational tasks via internal systems
  • Maintaining and updating documentation, process guides, and operational standards
  • Supporting system and process changes and keeping guides current
  • Driving improvements in safety culture and supporting store and regional changes
  • Managing relationships with suppliers
  • Overseeing store supplies and consumables (ticketing, devices, tools)
  • Supporting ServiceNow queries and improving system workflows
  • Partnering with Store Operations, Technology, and support teams to deliver practical solutions
