2026 is shaping up to be a defining year. Our store network is expanding towards 700 sites, our portfolio is evolving, and we’re transforming how we manage property operations across the country. Behind every lease, renewal, and portfolio decision is accurate data, strong process discipline, and operational excellence, and that’s where you come in.
We’re looking for a detail-driven Property Operations Coordinator to join our Property team at the Store Support Centre. This role sits at the operational core of the function, supporting the delivery, reporting, and coordination that keeps the portfolio running efficiently at scale.
This is a high-trust role suited to someone who thrives on structure, accuracy, and continuous improvement. You’ll enable Leasing and Portfolio Managers to focus on strategic outcomes by ensuring systems, workflows, and reporting are reliable and effective.
What you’ll be doing
- Acting as the first point of contact for internal queries relating to lease data, deal status, and portfolio information
- Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of property systems and databases, including Lease Eagle
- Supporting the SVP Property and broader team in implementing processes, templates, and operational frameworks
- Preparing reporting packs, dashboards, and portfolio insights to support internal and executive decision-making
- Tracking leasing activity, including deal flow, milestones, and key performance metrics
- Coordinating workflows across Property, Legal, Finance, and Store Development to ensure timely information flow
- Ensuring all portfolio updates, including renewals, ownership changes, and closures, are accurately reflected across systems
- Supporting transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, structure, and governance across the Property function
What you’ll bring
- Experience in property, leasing, portfolio coordination, or operations support
- Strong Excel capability, including VLOOKUPs and data reconciliation, with pivot tables advantageous
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to build trust across teams and stakeholders
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to improve processes and implement structure
- Comfort working in a high-trust role supporting senior leadership
